This role is fully in-office, located at 670 Sovereign Road (RAM Centre). We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Service Assistant to support our Life Insurance operations team. This role is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely assembly of life insurance contracts, ensuring all policy documentation meets compliance, quality, and service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Assemble and prepare life insurance policy contracts with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with business partners to obtain missing or clarifying information.
  • Ensure proper formatting, packaging, and delivery of finalized policy documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential issues in documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Teams.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Previous experience working in an environment that manages high volumes, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, and an interest in collaborating with others.
  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website.
