Job Summary: The profitable acquisition and retention of Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness schemes, ensuring the appropriate underwriting metrics and guidelines are adhered to, and quotations issued are in line with the Group strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assessment and evaluation of sub‑100 life corporate risks.
  • Using set rules of allowable adjustments and personal judgement in order to process quotations in line with agreed company and customer service standards.
  • Resolving customer queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identifying any customer notification of dissatisfaction and recording in line with the regulatory complaint company process.
  • Negotiation of Canada Life’s rates and terms with IFAs in order to improve our competitive position and maximise our opportunity to write and retain business.
  • As a member of the team, participate in the continuous review and improvement of the department’s processes and procedures to ensure the provision of timely, accurate and efficient levels of service.
