Position Overview

The VM Wholesale Coordinator will support the execution of visual merchandising across Canada Goose wholesale accounts in EMEA and London Flagship Regent Street. This individual plays a key role in ensuring visual standards are maintained, tools and materials are effectively managed, and internal and external stakeholders are supported to deliver impactful brand experiences. With strong organisational and communication skills, the Coordinator will help drive consistency and efficiency across visual merchandising processes from planning through to in‑store execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of seasonal VM presentations and floor flip timelines.
  • Coordinate VM information, assets and guidelines to ensure alignment across all wholesale partners.
  • Maintain and organise the VM asset library, including images, floor plans, product information and presentation guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of VM materials and communication.
  • Monitor and follow up on VM execution in partnership with the field and account teams.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on VM deliverables and key milestones.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of VM materials, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  • Manage sample and display requests, including tracking, shipping and returns.
  • Maintain and update VM calendars, deadlines and trackers.
  • Support invoicing and administrative tasks related to VM projects and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all VM activities and expenses.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and provide guidance on VM standards and business needs.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of communication to wholesale partners.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Planning, Retail, Operations and the in‑store teams.
  • Create influential partnerships with Wholesale SIS team members and floor management teams.
  • Analyse product performance and depth on an ongoing basis and react accordingly – keeping up to date with latest trends, commerciality and marketing activations.
  • Inform and coach management and store team on in‑the‑moment merchandising based on sell‑through results.
  • Seek visual and brand consistency across Retail and Wholesale doors, allowing for diversification when appropriate to drive KPIs and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of Visual Merchandising experience within a Luxury or Premium Brand.
  • Prior experience working in a wholesale environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently, but knows when to seek guidance.
  • Creative and experimental with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Performance and solution‑driven with high attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions

Fieldwork which may require support during evenings and holidays. Travel up to 40% of the time annually. Ability to lift up to 20kg.
