Position Overview

The Sr. Planner, Wholesale – EMEA supports the regional Wholesale and Travel Retail planning function, executing forecasting, inventory, and assortment plans to drive profitable growth. The role partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Global Planning teams to deliver accurate forecasts, strong in-season performance, and disciplined inventory management across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Planning & Forecasting Execution: Manage the EMEA Wholesale and Travel Retail planning process, including seasonal forecasting, inventory planning, assortment planning, and in-season trading. Maintain and update regional forecasting files, including FY and seasonal forecasts at account level. Partner with Sales to align forecasts and budgets, highlighting risks and opportunities. Support the development of Seasonal Account Plans and Long-Range Plans in partnership with Sales.
  • Commercial Analysis & In-Season Support: Analyze sales, ATS, inventory, and sell‑through by account to identify performance trends and support commercial actions. Provide regular reporting and in‑season decision support to Sales and Merchandising to optimize full‑price sell‑through. Prepare materials and insights for regional forecast reviews and business updates.
  • Demand & Supply Alignment: Support regional order book management and end‑of‑season balancing to align demand with supply. Track forecast accuracy and key planning KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

  • Minimum 7 years of planning experience within Wholesale, Retail, or E‑Commerce in Europe.
  • Experience working in multi‑market or regional environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong retail math capability.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and assortment planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Collaborative working style with confidence partnering cross‑functionally.
