Position Overview: At Canada Goose, we’re fueled by passion, purpose, and performance. As an EMEA Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, playing a key role in supporting and enabling the sales organization across the region. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence throughout the order-to-delivery process for our wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Planning, the Coordinator helps maintain smooth order flow, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to continuous process improvement. What You’ll Do

  • Wholesale Operations
  • Be the go-to contact for Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our wholesale customers across EMEA.
  • Manage and execute the order book with precision — from entry to delivery.
  • Ensure order accuracy, including pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory, fill rates, and shipment status to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Provide proactive updates on order status, back orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Create and share daily and weekly sales reports — open orders, allocations, credit holds, and more.
  • Coordinate return authorizations, ensuring proper approvals, billing, and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with Account Executives and customers, offering insights and solutions.
  • Participate in weekly order book reviews, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Operations – DTC & Other Channels
    • Support cross-functional teams with order and inventory inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot issues that delay order completion and ensure quick resolutions.
    • Maintain ATS (Available-to-Sell) visibility for internal teams.
    • Manage employee purchase programs (DISCO & Purchase Program).
    • Provide ad hoc reporting and operational support as needed.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in an international environment — ideally in apparel, fashion, or luxury.
    • Post-secondary education.
    • Fluency in English and German required; Italian or French is a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
