Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador – Experience is responsible for creating engaging customer journeys, demonstrating expertise and warmth, building authentic relationships, driving sales, and embodying Canada Goose’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service reflecting Canadian Warmth.
• Provide expert product recommendations.
• Drive sales through effective selling behaviors and strategic category introductions.
• Create lasting client relationships and foster loyalty.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team success.
• Support store operations, maintenance, and standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in luxury brands.
• Proven sales success.
• Able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
