Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-impact Regional Manager to lead and elevate retail performance across a multi-store region. This is a visible, field-based leadership role where you’ll inspire teams, drive commercial success, and deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client experiences.

    • Drive regional sales and operational performance across multiple stores

    • Own key metrics including conversion, ATV, and productivity
    • Use data and retail insight to identify opportunities and act with agility
    • Deliver strong execution of launches, initiatives, and in-store standards
  • Develop Talent
    • Coach and develop Store Managers to elevate leadership capability
    • Build a strong pipeline of future leaders through succession planning
    • Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
  • Own The Business
    • Lead regional P&L performance, balancing growth and profitability
    • Ensure operational excellence across inventory, staffing, and store standards
    • Partner cross-functionally to drive results and consistency
