Position Overview:

Job Purpose:

The Integrated Marketing & Communications Specialist will support the regional marketing execution across Retail, Wholesale, Paid Media and Retail Theatre, ensuring alignment with central strategies. The successful candidate for this role is a pro-active team player, highly organized, eager to learn and passionate.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Marketing

  • Serve as primary liaison with local suppliers to manage and coordinate event execution
  • Oversee logistics and implementation of in-store retail events, ensuring seamless operations and impactful client experiences
  • Work closely with the Clienteling lead on smaller scale activations and support on personalized outreach initiatives

Wholesale Marketing

  • Maintain regular contact with wholesale partners to manage organic and paid marketing support
  • Coordinate delivery of product and campaign assets for SIS
  • Support 360° projects and assist the manager in executing partner activations
  • Work with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of customized assets for wholesale needs

Paid Media

  • Support identification of high-impact paid media placements to drive awareness and engagement
  • Coordinate asset selection with Integrated Marketing Manager
  • Communicate media plans with store teams; collect and share visual proof of execution and performance metrics

Retail Theatre & Visual Merchandising

  • Gather and report feedback from stores on VM execution and customer feedback
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of seasonal window and VM installations working cross functionally with the retail and central teams, ensuring timely setup and flawless execution
  • Monitor product availability and placement to ensure consistency with visual strategy

Finance & Budget Management

  • Manage operational finance tasks across the Marketing & Communications EMEA team: vendor creation, PO processing, invoice tracking, and payment follow-up
  • Communicate finance processes with external partners and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely processing
  • Support ongoing budget tracking and assist in regular financial reporting across marketing functions
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and highlight opportunities for differentiation.

Performance metrics

  • Track KPIs and compile results to support reporting across Marketing & Communication EMEA team

Experience, Education and Designations:

  • Bachelor\’s and/or Master\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the retail, luxury, fashion sectors.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Power BI knowledge would be a plus.
  • Ability to multi- task and work efficiently under pressure
  • A “can-do and positive”, “let’s make it happen” attitude
  • Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of working
