As an EMEA Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, playing a key role in supporting and enabling the sales organization across the region. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence throughout the order-to-delivery process for our wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Planning, the Coordinator helps maintain smooth order flow, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to continuous process improvement. What You’ll Do
- Wholesale Operations
- Be the go-to contact for Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our wholesale customers across EMEA.
- Manage and execute the order book with precision — from entry to delivery.
- Ensure order accuracy, including pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory, fill rates, and shipment status to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Provide proactive updates on order status, back orders, and delivery schedules.
- Create and share daily and weekly sales reports — open orders, allocations, credit holds, and more.
- Coordinate return authorizations, ensuring proper approvals, billing, and documentation.
