Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting billing operations and general administration in a dynamic and busy office setting.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours, Full time in office

What you will do:

  • High-volume billing, including cross-border transactions
  • General administrative support to the team
  • Scanning and processing paperwork and timesheets
  • Labeling and organizing documents (PPW)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in billing, ideally within transportation/logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • College diploma or equivalent is an asset

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word is required
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
