Provide excellent administrative support to Investment Managers to help deliver good client outcomes. Work efficiently and effectively adhering to the Company’s processes within the compliance framework. Under the management of the Investment Director, support various Portfolio Management teams with daily administration tasks associated with the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios in line with company procedures and models.

Working closely with the Investment Assistant on the desk to ensure the team are fully supported. Administrative support as directed by your manager. Supporting various teams as necessary, e.g., writing up file notes, drafting letters, arranging client meetings.

Developing and maintaining client relationships by providing accurate and timely administration support, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstances. Account opening and closing. Transfer of stock into accounts and payments. Updating Avaloq with static data. Producing excel reports via data held on Avaloq.

When required to support the Desk, placing trades in Avaloq based on received instructions from other staff on the Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly. Support Investment Managers with preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings. Assisting the team with ongoing projects. Carry out any other relevant duties within the remit of the role and as reasonably directed by management. Ad hoc tasks as directed by your manager.
