The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Administrative support as directed by the Investment Manager e.g., file notes, letters, client meeting arrangements.
Developing and maintaining client relationships by providing accurate and timely administration support, adapting your approach for vulnerable clients.
Account opening and closing.
Transfer of stock into accounts and payments.
Updating Avaloq with static data.
Producing Excel reports via data held on Avaloq.
When required to support the Investment Manager, placing trades in Avaloq based on received instructions from other staff on the Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly.
Support Investment Managers with preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings.
Assisting wider team with ongoing projects.
Carry out any other relevant duties within the remit of the role and as reasonably directed by management.
Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and sharing of best practice.
Undertake technical or any other relevant training as and when required.
Be proactive in developing knowledge of the industry and the market.
Undertake and record relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.
