The Canaan Trust seeks to recruit a Corporate and Operations Support Assistant. This post will be responsible for the smooth running of administrative and operational aspects of the Trust's day-to-day work. The Trust operates 24-7, 365 days a year, from its base on Main Street, Long Eaton. We are a Christian charity providing care and support to anyone who is homeless, in danger of becoming homeless or in need.
The Trust's objective is to safeguard, support and enable each individual or family to address the issues which may have led to their homelessness or be threatening them with becoming homeless. The trust seeks to support each individual or family to rebuild their lives and to achieve independent living in the community. We care for each individual in a holistic, person-centred way. Our aim is to enable each individual to address the issues relating to their homelessness or insecure housing status, and support them to rebuild their lives so they can move forward positively to achieve independent living back in the community.
Office Support duties including:
