CAN Engineering part of the RSK Group have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Equipment Specialist to their team in Chesterfield, UK.
Responsibilities
- To work in the yard checking certification of equipment.
- Checking of returned equipment including maintenance.
- Loading and unloading wagons/lorries.
- Returning equipment to racking and shelving.
- Completing picking list generated by warehouse management system (outside stock).
- Helping out emptying any finished projects (Geo‑containers).
- Cleaning out any plant which will be added into our stock‑take system via the stores manager.
- Maintain high standards of discipline and general yard tidiness, including compliance with general and specific site rules.
- Maintain high standards of personal conduct in all work‑related actions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Be comfortable bringing ideas, recommendations, and concerns to management.
- Always comply with the company’s health and safety procedures.
Person Specification
- No experience required as full training provided.
- Previous yard and/or warehouse work advantageous.
- Good luck around hand and power tools, rope access, PPE etc.
