The CAN Group of companies are leading providers in Engineering, Integrity, Inspection and Maintenance solutions to the energy industry worldwide. We have an opportunity for a Project Lead to join our Operations Department based within our Aberdeen Headquarters.
We are seeking a candidate that has a proven track record of successfully leading the delivery of asset integrity related term contracts and projects. The primary responsibility shall be to ensure that contracts and projects allocated are organised and fully supported so that they operate safely, provide a cost effective, reliable, quality service to customers that satisfies their budget and workscope requirements in accordance with company systems, procedures and processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a role leading contracts/projects
- Experience leading a project team including Project Administration and Project Engineering functions
- The ability to fully interpret customer work-scopes
- Experience working with asset integrity related disciplines/activities
- Experience managing contract budgets including cost tracking, forecasting and planning
- Ability to drive contract performance including tracking and reporting of contract KPIs
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision in a demanding environment
- Good presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible in approach and ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results driven
Within the position you join CAN’s busy Operations Department working closely with the Operations Management Team and Project Team(s) in support of successful contract delivery. The successful candidate will enjoy continued career development and a remuneration package reflecting their contribution to the organisation.
Candidates must live within commuting distance of CAN’s Aberdeen Office and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
