We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant (part-time) for our offices in Altens, Aberdeen. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone with maintenance, facilities or general building support experience who enjoys problem-solving, practical tasks and supporting people on-site.
Main Duties
- Conducting routine checks around our buildings.
- Responding to day to day maintenance requests.
- Basic repairs, DIY tasks and minor fixes.
- Seasonal grass cutting/clearing paths of snow.
- Ensuring work areas remain safe, tidy and operational.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable.
- Confident carrying out basic repairs and practical tasks.
- Reliable, organised and proactive.
Candidates should live within commuting distance of CAN’s Aberdeen Office and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
