We are recruiting an Integrity Operations Manager for a role in our ENGTEQ Business Stream at Altens’ Aberdeen. We are seeking an experienced Operational Management professional with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and capable of identifying business growth opportunities across ENGTEQ and the wider CAN Group.

Some of the key duties of the role include:

  • Act as the senior management representative for allocated projects, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and oversee Integrity Management projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery in line with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, relevant legislation, company standards, and internal processes.
  • Monitor project performance to maximise revenue, control costs, and deliver value for both clients and the business.

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven knowledge and experience of upstream Oil & Gas production, with a strong understanding of Asset Integrity Management principles and practices.
  • Ability to interpret customer work scopes and develop clear, effective service plans that meet contractual, legislative, quality, and HSE requirements.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, costs, financial performance, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable team player with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to meeting business and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
