About the role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.

As a Warehouse Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC), you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by leading warehouse activities, supervising team members, maintaining high safety standards, and optimising processes to meet business objectives. Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) teams, you will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and exceptional service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership experience while contributing to an important business transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise, coach, and support warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workflows and warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics.

About You

Domino values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all candidates; however, only those eligible to work in the UK without the need for additional immigration documentation will be considered for this position.

You will have:

  • Proven experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment, with a solid understanding of goods receipt, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch processes.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve both individual and team performance objectives.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail in a busy operation.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or similar inventory management tools, with confidence in working with data to drive operational performance and accuracy.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies, and support operational change initiatives.

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
  • A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
