Redgate’s Foundry seeks a mid or senior software engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for horizon-scanning, ideation, rapid prototyping and customer validation. You’ll work across AI-enabled projects with a Tech Lead and 4–6 engineers, using C#, TypeScript, Python and varied tools to explore new directions.
If you enjoy solving unsolved problems, balancing prototypes with customer feedback, and shaping how AI development is integrated into products, this role offers autonomy.
