University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced Policy Consultant to join the Human Resources Division. You will help shape and deliver HR policy across the University, supporting policy development, stakeholder engagement, and cultural change initiatives affecting staff.
You will report to the Assistant Director of HR and work with HR colleagues, trade unions and stakeholders to ensure policies are legally compliant and embedded across the employee lifecycle.
