We are seeking to recruit a new member of staff to join a busy Special Educational Needs Department as a Learning Coach working with teachers to support pupils to access the curriculum in all subjects across the curriculum in Years 7 - 11.
Applicants should be good communicators, empathetic, creative, and passionate about education and maximizing potential. Applicants must be highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly with diverse needs, is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
