The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 ÂŁ per year.

This role is part of the Camron Senior Team and will both manage the agency’s new business activities whilst proactively attracting new clients and prospects. The role, while based in London, will work with teams across London, New York, Milan and LA and report to the agency’s Global Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will provide senior-level leadership across Camron’s new business funnel; actively identifying opportunities, leading the response to inbound enquiries and acting as an external face for the business. The structures and processes for a well-run new business function are already in place, so the Head of New Business can immediately get to work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client development plan for activation through networking and proactive outreach
  • Develop prospecting plan for activation with Camron Senior Team throughout the year and in particular cultural weeks for Camron presence
  • Set up branding agency meetings for partnership on potential future briefs
  • Proactive outreach / engagement with business development targets to introduce Camron’s service capabilities
  • Attendance at relevant industry events to drive prospect introductions
  • Project manage RFP development process in coordination with sponsor / managing partner relevant for the brief
  • Involvement in development of RFP responses and proposals alongside account teams
  • Oversee the transition and integration with account team from RFP stage
  • Manage prioritisation and tracking of business development targets – legacy, existing and prospective brands
  • Finalise prospect list with Camron Senior Team and transition to proactive outreach
  • Continuous review of lead acquisition / win rate and communicate learnings to inform global business development
  • Obtain sign off and oversee quarterly budget for new business opportunities incorporating cultural weeks, prospect lunches, travel etc.
  • Continue responsive concierge-style service for all enquiries

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualification, Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience within a relevant role
  • Superior communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills
  • Excellent service, development, and leadership skills, with a passion for motivating and managing teams.
  • A strategic thinker, able to contribute to the growth of the agency
  • Experience leading and managing teams
