Property Services Consultant

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm

Salary: £18,000 + commission, First Year OTE £35,000

We are currently looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our property services team. Based at our Euston office, our Property Service Consultants are responsible for driving new business as well as managing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients and customers. This job is suitable for anyone looking to embark on a career in estate agency just not in a front-office Sales or Lettings capacity.

This role is fundamental to the growth of the business. The main focus of the role is contacting the existing database to re-establish links with historic clients and source new clients in order to generate new business for sale and lettings valuations.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and pursuing business leads and natural growth
• Analytically researching current clients using various databases
• Multi-tasking and strong communication skills
• Working towards financial and performance targets (KPIs)
• Working to tight deadlines

Qualifications/Attributes

• Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
• Strong people skills to build relationships with front office team members
• Highly motivated individual
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident telephone speaker
• Ability to build relationships with existing and new clients
• Sales or relevant property industry knowledge
• Strong IT skills and social media experience would be beneficial
• Delivering consistently high standards under pressure
