Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £4,641.00 per annum, plus benefits

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 11.15am-2.45pm (7 hours per week)

The job role includes:

  • Vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning all common areas, hallways and patios, with special attention to the main entry area.
  • Servicing of customers’ apartments, including general household cleaning duties, changing of bed and bath linens, and removal of sealed rubbish bags if requested.
  • Deep cleaning communal areas and apartments as needed.
  • Serving meals to customers’ tables or apartments following Assisted Living procedures.
  • Clearing dishes from tables and washing tables and chairs.
  • Following sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Completing any other tasks as required by our customers following appropriate training guidelines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Customer service: A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face-to-face environment.
  • Communication: A natural communicator, warm and friendly, able to make customers feel valued.
  • Health & Safety: An understanding of the importance of health & safety, with experience of dealing with challenging or emergency situations.
  • Organisation: Organised, methodical and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Personal: An outgoing personality, with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers, self-motivated, pro-active, team-oriented, and innovative.
