- You will be instrumental in driving high-value transactions, ensuring a seamless and premium experience at every stage.
- Client Interaction: Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, offering a tailored, insight-led approach that reflects individual aspirations and investment goals.
- Viewings: Conduct high-quality property viewings, presenting homes with confidence, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of their unique selling points.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with professionalism and commercial awareness, securing optimal outcomes while enhancing client trust.
- Sales Progression: Take ownership of the transaction process from offer acceptance through to completion, proactively managing all parties to maintain momentum.
