Location: Islington, London

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am–4:00pm)

Package: Competitive basic salary, enhanced commission structure, £5,000 car allowance, attractive benefits package

About the Role

Chestertons is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Lister to join our successful Islington office. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Working with a diverse range of properties across one of London's most sought-after areas, you will be responsible for winning instructions, conducting valuations, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
  • Win new instructions and grow market share within the local area.
  • Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy, high-performing office.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage client expectations and provide expert market advice.
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Work efficiently within a high-volume office while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a sales listing or valuation role.
  • Proven ability to perform in a target-driven, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and highly motivated.
