As the Assistant Property Consultant, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s premier retirement estate agency:
- Engaging with customers and potential customers to clearly explain the Retirement Homesearch estate agency PX service, facilitating property sale and purchase solutions.
- Supporting the Property Consultants in a fast paced, sales focused office, to enable meeting and exceeding of team targets.
- This role offers an established training path to full Property Consultant and reports to the Senior Property Consultant.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers to promote the Retirement Homesearch estate agency service.
- Learn to accurately value property and negotiate fees and sales at the highest possible figure.
- Prepare property sales literature and ensure all information, both verbal and written, complies with current legislation.
- Maintain all files, records and software systems at optimum efficiency to ensure full compliance with best practice and governing legislation.
- Liaise with Development Managers to ensure Retirement Homesearch is represented by both promotional materials and through the Development Manager.
- Complete tasks as directed to ensure Retirement Homesearch meet and exceed targets.
