Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will benefit from either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Negotiator, you will operate at the forefront of one of London’s most desirable property markets, delivering a refined, consultative service to a discerning client base.
- You will be instrumental in driving high-value transactions, ensuring a seamless and premium experience at every stage.
- Client Interaction: Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, offering a tailored, insight-led approach that reflects individual aspirations and investment goals.
- Viewings: Conduct high-quality property viewings, presenting homes with confidence, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of their unique selling points.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with professionalism and commercial awareness, securing optimal outcomes while enhancing client trust.
- Sales Progression: Take ownership of the transaction process from offer acceptance through to completion, proactively managing all parties to maintain momentum.
- Client Management: Deliver a consistently high level of service through clear communication, strategic advice, and a focus on long‑term client relationships.
