We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department in Tower Bridge. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven estate agency professional with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and increasing market share within a competitive marketplace. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing inspirational leadership while maintaining a strong personal contribution to business development and client relationships. You will have 5–10 years’ estate agency experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a management or senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to create a high-performance, positive, and supportive team culture, ensuring all staff are coached and developed to reach their full potential.
- Set, agree, and manage individual and branch-wide targets, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Monitor and manage branch profitability, reviewing revenue and expenditure against agreed budgets.
- Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely management information and reporting.
- Take ownership of complaint resolution, including managing and resolving escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
