About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead our prestigious Mayfair office. We are looking for a professional brand ambassador with strong leadership skills and a proven background in residential lettings to drive performance, grow market share, and deliver exceptional customer service in one of London’s most competitive property markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing lettings team while identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a successful lettings team within a fast-paced office environment
- Foster a positive and motivating culture where all team members are supported to achieve their full potential
- Set clear objectives and manage individual and team performance against agreed KPIs and targets
- Drive new business generation and increase market share across Mayfair and surrounding prime central London areas
- Review and monitor office revenue and expenditure against budget
- Produce accurate, consistent, and timely management information and reporting
- Oversee complaint resolution within the branch and manage escalated issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with all company systems, procedures, policies, and current lettings legislation
- Monitor local competitor activity and implement strategies to maximise profitability and office performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and local business contacts
Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years’ experience within estate agency, ideally within residential lettings
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience within a high-performing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of the Mayfair and Prime Central London property market preferred
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent market appraisal and conversion rates
- Established network of local business contacts and clients
- Expert understanding of current lettings legislation and industry compliance
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
