Location: Kensington

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Saturdays: 1 in 3 (10:00am–4:00pm)

Salary: £22,000 basic + highly lucrative commission scheme

Allowance: Car allowance: £5,000 per annum

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the business — building relationships, matching buyers with their ideal homes, and guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey. This is a fast‑paced, rewarding role offering strong earning potential and genuine career progression within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Proactively build relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs, budgets, and property goals
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings, showcasing properties professionally and confidently
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers to secure the best possible outcomes for all parties
  • Sales Progression: Manage transactions from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other agents
  • Client Care: Provide regular updates, feedback, and expert guidance to maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity to offer informed advice
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with AML, data protection, and industry regulations
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation, and support smooth deal progression

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential sales or lettings
  • Full driving licence to drive in the UK
  • Target‑driven and motivated, with a passion for property
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
