Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5pm

The Senior PR and Content Manager is responsible for managing and producing strategic PR and content plans to deliver our key brand awareness and customer consideration goals. This role includes setting the PR and digital PR strategy and closely managing our PR agency on deliverables.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Senior PR and Content Manager is also responsible for the creation, management, and distribution of content across various platforms, including social media, website and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations
    • Lead and execute the PR and Digital PR strategy to enhance corporate reputation including market insights, thought leadership and brand storytelling pieces.
    • Create stories to secure coverage across property, lifestyle, business, and regional media.
    • Identify target titles per audience and investigate new media channels.
    • Create and manage the PR plan, including budgets and timelines.
    • Manage PR agency across all press releases, media alerts, spokesperson commentary, media kits, and reactive statements.
    • Work closely with the Brand team in relation to partnerships, sponsorships and advertising plans.
    • Measure and report on PR activity and media coverage against agreed KPIs, implementing new ideas to support continuous improvement of results.
  • Content Creation
    • Create and implement an effective content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Lead the development of a comprehensive content calendar across our website to include insights blogs, educational pieces, service-related content and business performance reports.
    • Create high-quality written content, ensuring content is engaging for target customers and optimised for SEO.
    • Work closely with the designers and marketing team to manage end-to-end process, including visuals and content distribution.
    • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven optimisations and future recommendations.
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging content formats.
  • Organic Social Media
    • Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals, including increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Plan a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
    • Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images and videos.
    • Deliver any video requirements and distribute across YouTube.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a PR and content management role ideally within the property industry.
  • 3 years’ experience in an organic social media management role within the property industry is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of media, PR outlets and social media outlets.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging content with good knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
  • Experienced user of analytics tools to monitor content performance.
