Location: Munster Road, Fulham

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am–4:00pm)

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 + highly lucrative commission scheme

Benefits: Travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or car allowance (£5,000 PA), depending on role level

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator (or Senior/Associate level) to join our Munster Road office in Fulham. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-performing team, supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. You will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers, delivering outstanding service, and driving successful property transactions in a competitive London market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
    • Understand client needs, budgets, and property requirements
    • Provide regular updates and professional guidance throughout the process
  • Viewings & Negotiation
    • Arrange and conduct property viewings
    • Present properties confidently and respond to buyer queries
    • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Sales Progression
    • Manage transactions from offer acceptance through to completion
    • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
    • Ensure smooth progression of all sales files
  • Market Awareness
    • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity
    • Use insights to advise clients effectively and support valuations
  • Compliance & Administration
    • Ensure full compliance with AML, GDPR, and industry regulations
    • Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation

About You

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential sales or lettings
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for property viewings)
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional, resilient, and customer-focused approach
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
