Join Campions Group – Chestertons Estate Agency – in the heart of London.
Location: London
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (one Saturday every three weeks 10 am – 4 pm)
Salary & Commission: £18,000 per annum + highly lucrative commission scheme.
Travel or Car Allowance: £2,500 pa travel allowance or £5,000 pa car allowance, depending on your role.
Responsibilities:
- Connect buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences and budget.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and addressing questions.
- Skillfully negotiate offers, striving to achieve the best possible deal while representing client interests.
- Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with all parties for a smooth transaction.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, maintaining strong relationships and professional guidance.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to advise clients accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws and industry standards such as anti‑money laundering and data protection.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with property sales, including contract preparation and record keeping.
