Chestertons Estate Agency Sales Lister Location: South Kensington Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm) Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE, £5,000 Car Allowance, enhanced commission scheme We are looking for a Sales Lister to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing property listings, delivering outstanding customer service, and exceeding targets in a competitive market. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Main Responsibilities Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office. Conducting market appraisals and property valuations. Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. Managing clients\’ expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service. Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes. Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
