Chestertons Estate Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Management Consultant to join our growing Property Management team across London.
You’ll manage a portfolio of around 120 properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants. From move-in to deposit return, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across London
- Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing works
- Conducting regular property visits and preparing detailed reports
- Managing rent arrears and supporting financial processes
- Negotiating deposit returns and handling disputes
- Advising clients on legislation and compliance requirements
- Working closely with Lettings teams and supporting branch operations
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service and generate additional revenue
- At least 1 year’s experience in property management
- Good understanding of UK property legislation (including Housing Act)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using CRM and tenancy management systems
- Manage a diverse London property portfolio
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team
