Location: Tower Bridge, Newham, England
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 Saturday 10 am – 4 pm)
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum + commission
Travel/Car Allowance: £2,500 or £5,000 per annum
Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand buying and selling needs
Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information
Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible deal
Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion
Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications Valid driving licence – essential for property viewings
Minimum 12 months residential sales/lettings experience
Results‐oriented, strong work ethic and team player
