Location: Knightsbridge

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (hybrid role once settling period has been passed)

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 + Commission

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join our thriving Property Management Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. We are looking for an energetic individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels and enjoys a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Main Duties

  • Embrace the Chestertons brand and core values
  • Protect our Client’s Asset and work in their best interests
  • Retain Management on the Portfolio
  • Prioritise and troubleshoot key maintenance issues (floods, boilers, leaks and appliances)
  • Scrutinise quotes on behalf of the client
  • Understand how to add value when sending an inspection report
  • Negotiate deposit deductions in a fair and efficient manner within required timeframes
  • Understand KPI’s required for the role
  • Leave notes on RPS and attach documents to letters folder consistently
  • Set and follow up on tasks consistently to assist with personal management of issues and support colleagues in your absence
  • Develop understanding of client accounts and statements
  • Attend local branch and participate in morning meetings as per rota and fulfil inspection requirements
  • Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with Senior leadership team
  • Understand roles of supporting departments (lettings, compliance, accounts, tenancy progression) and when to contact them
  • Support others’ growth and development
  • Ensure current portfolio is fully compliant (e.g., EICR, Gas Safety Certificate)
  • Inform Tenants and Landlords about the end‑of‑tenancy process
  • Provide guidance on the process of deposit dilapidations
