We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years' experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.
Main Duties
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
- Arranging the inventory check in and check out
- Arranging pre and end of Tenancy cleans
- Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both Landlords and Tenants
- Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts
- Routine property inspections
- Handling deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancy
- Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
