The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33600 Β£ per year.
Salary: Β£40,000
Location: Euston/Hybrid
Hours: Monday β Friday, 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Compliance Team Leader in continually monitoring the current policies and procedures across the group.
- Assist in responding to branch staff and support departments in relation to general compliance and process queries.
- Support the Compliance team in producing written processes to support new policies.
- Assist the Compliance Team Leader in implementing effective communication methods to cascade important policy and process information to all residential support departments and branches.
- Update and maintain residential documentation and letters within all current Group CRMs.
- Inform the Compliance Team Leader of any identified compliance related issues or concerns.
- Keep up to date with any changes in industry legislation or guidance.
- Assist and support the Learning and Development team with the training of Campions colleagues on compliance matters.
- Collaborate with the M&A and integration teams to provide ongoing support to ensure seamless integration of new businesses into BAU.
- Attend the Groups Manager's meetings on behalf of the department where required.
- Build strong relationships with branch and support department staff.
- Promote adherence to the compliance policies throughout the organisation.
- Promote and uphold the highest ethical standards within the company.
- Cover the role of Compliance Team Leader in times of absence.
- Other duties where required.
Skills and Behaviours
- Role appropriate qualification and/or experience - technically strong and commercially astute.
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the property or real estate industry.
- An in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to residential sales and lettings.
- Good understanding of deal progression of lettings transactions.
- Highly motivated and pro-active self-starter who has demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to interact, engage and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and business partnering skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt as the business grows.
- Remain calm under pressure, understand where to seek support and how to raise issues or concerns.

- Proficient using CRMs and other software.
