We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the organisation's procurement function, delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiation.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape procurement strategy, build strong supplier partnerships and drive operational efficiencies across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, you'll ensure goods and services are sourced cost-effectively, contracts are well managed, and procurement processes support the organisation's wider commercial objectives.
- Develop and deliver the organisation's procurement strategy, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and maximise value.
- Lead sourcing activities, including tenders, supplier selection, RFQs and commercial contract negotiations.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance, mitigating risk and ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Manage day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services across the business.
- Monitor procurement budgets, analyse spend and deliver measurable cost savings without compromising quality or service.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements and ethical sourcing standards, supporting audits where required.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide expert procurement advice, support strategic projects and continuously improve procurement processes.
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating supplier contracts and delivering cost savings.
Demonstrable experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Knowledge of procurement systems and contract management processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
