We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to support our Build to Rent Leasing team in London. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of a boutique lettings team, ensuring high standards of service delivery for both residents and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Build to Rent Lettings Manager
- Coordinate the end-to-end lettings process, from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a seamless resident journey
- Manage applicant and move-in coordination
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and third-party suppliers to ensure lettings milestones and SLAs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on lettings systems, CRM platforms, and client reporting tools
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly client reports
- Assist with scheme launches, leasing campaigns, marketing and mobilisation of new schemes and mandates
- Monitor competitor activity and local market intelligence to support pricing and leasing strategies
Experience / Attributes
- Previous experience in residential lettings and/or BTR administration or coordination
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including CRM and property management systems
- Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Understanding of the BTR sector and its service-led approach to residential lettings
- Ability to find creative and innovative approaches to problems
