Campion Pickworth are recruiting for a Structured Finance Operations Associate for a fast-growing Financial Technology platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Liquidity Management: Oversee asset allocation, facility drawdowns, and cash management to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and monitor compliance certificates, servicer reports, and support monthly management accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present reports to internal and external stakeholders, while acting as a liaison for auditors, cash managers, and senior finance providers.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in capital markets or treasury operations or project management, or wider middle-office roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and multi-asset investment products.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
- Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel .
