Structured Finance Operations Associate

Campion Pickworth are recruiting for a Structured Finance Operations Associate for a fast-growing Financial Technology platform.

What You’ll Do:

As a new member of the Capital Markets team, you’ll play a supporting role in managing the operations across the Capital Markets function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liquidity Management: Oversee asset allocation, facility drawdowns, and cash management to maintain optimal liquidity.

• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and monitor compliance certificates, servicer reports, and support monthly management accounts.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present reports to internal and external stakeholders, while acting as a liaison for auditors, cash managers, and senior finance providers.

• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in capital markets or treasury operations or project management, or wider middle-office roles.

• Strong understanding of financial markets and multi-asset investment products.

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.

• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.

• A drive to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and influence business outcomes.
