Lead and manage regulatory assurance engagements across the General Insurance market.

Advise clients on regulatory change, compliance, conduct and risk management topics.

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, key risks and regulatory priorities.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and value.

Support practice management activities including budgeting, resourcing and billing.

Lead, coach and develop team members on complex and high-profile projects.

Contribute to thought leadership and respond proactively to emerging regulatory issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in compliance, conduct, risk management or regulatory roles, ideally within insurance.
  • Background in professional services and/or the insurance industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and boards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound professional judgement.
  • Experience delivering presentations, proposals and client pitches.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently.
