Lead and manage regulatory assurance engagements across the General Insurance market.
Advise clients on regulatory change, compliance, conduct and risk management topics.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, key risks and regulatory priorities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and value.
Support practice management activities including budgeting, resourcing and billing.
Lead, coach and develop team members on complex and high-profile projects.
Contribute to thought leadership and respond proactively to emerging regulatory issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in compliance, conduct, risk management or regulatory roles, ideally within insurance.
