Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking to recruit a Legal Entity Transformation - Investment Banking - Manager in their London office, with hybrid working. The role involves providing specialist advice to Banking & Capital Markets firms in the UK and EU helping with strategy and structural efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing stakeholders and providing SME input
- Undertaking research and analysis in order to present key findings to stakeholders
- Staying abreast of Banking & Capital Markets industry drivers and trends
- Understanding current and upcoming regulatory requirements
- Leading large projects and teams to deliver Legal Entity Transformation programmes
- Identifying issues and offering potential solutions to clients and other stakeholders
- Drafting regulatory business plans and developing regulatory engagement strategies
- Supporting the future strategy and business development capabilities and needs within the Banking & Capital Markets Legal Entity Transformation Team
