About the job
Our client, an established bank, is looking to recruit a Credit Analyst - Bureau Reporting within their London or Yorkshire office, with hybrid working. The Analyst will be responsible for the management of UK bureau reporting, ROI Central Credit Register (CCR) reporting, Channel Islands reporting and Motor Asset Registration Service reporting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinating monthly UK credit bureau reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Credit ownership of ROI CCR reporting, ensuring regular reporting and timely investigation and resolution of issues
- Monitoring of UK and Channel Islands consumer and commercial bureau reporting validation reports
- Producing regular credit team updates on bureau and asset registration
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of credit bureau reporting, data, and processes
- Familiarity with industry-standard credit bureau reporting practices, regulation, and guidelines
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and investigate complex issues in a methodical manner
- Experience of Business Objects / SAS / Alteryx / SQL and / or other similar data analytical tools
- Experience working with internal and external business partners to improve credit bureau reporting and data accuracy
