Property & Development Administrator  Part time 15 hours per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Salary £10,275 per annum (£(phone number removed) FTE) Location: Greenfields House, CV4 8JH The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping, and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth. We are recruiting for a Property & Development Administrator within our Property & Development department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing high-quality administrative support to a busy team. Daily duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinating the Helpdesk function within the Club's Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. Managing and coordinating repair requests, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and completion. Raising and processing procurement forms and purchase orders, ensuring the correct approvals and supporting documentation are in place. Maintaining accurate and compliant supplier records and campsite network databases. Processing all correspondence and administration relating to the Facilities Team, including raising planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance orders, and processing associated certificates and invoices. Accurately inputting, maintaining, and reporting on Property & Development data. Processing rates, council tax invoices, and coding invoices accurately. Managing monthly utility meter readings from the campsite network. We are looking for the following in applications: Experience of working within an administrative support role Experience of dealing with remote team members and contractors Able to prioritise time and tasks while meeting agreed deadlines Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Be confident working with databases and Microsoft Office applications. Have strong communication and customer service skills. Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy team environment. Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. Why Join Us?
