Camphill Blair Drummond is a vibrant and forward-looking organisation, with a clear vision for the future. Working in partnership with Stirling Council and funding from No One Left Behind, we are looking for an Employment Support Coordinator who can provide pre-pathway person-centred, holistic 1:1 support, tailored to meet the needs of young people with additional support needs, by identifying and working towards their chosen goals, at their pace.
Using a person-centred profile completed alongside the young person, you will identify their likes, dislikes, limitations and strengths, then work with the individual towards reaching their potential in a supported manner.
Fixed Term contract until 31 March 2027 (subject to funding). The Management of Offenders Act (Scotland) 2019 (Exclusions and Exceptions) applies to this role. Closing date for applications is Sunday 26th July 2026.
